Product Description

Fiberglass process pipeline is a new type of composite material pipe with excellent performance, which has superior performance compared to other traditional pipes (metal pipes, concrete pipes, plastic pipes):
1. Excellent water and corrosion resistance:
The scientific and reasonable resin selection and process laying design of the pipeline lining layer ensure that the pipeline has excellent waterproof, anti-seepage, and chemical corrosion resistance performance.  
2. Good mechanical properties and high specific strength
The tensile strength of pipelines is lower than that of steel, higher than that of ductile iron pipes and concrete pipes, while the specific strength is about 3 times that of steel pipes, 10 times that of ductile iron pipes, and 25 times that of concrete pipes. The tensile strength of the pipeline is ≥ 320 Mpa, and its impact resistance performance: it will not be damaged at an impact height of 1600mm with a drop weight of 1.5kg.  
3. Excellent temperature resistance performance
The operating temperature of ordinary fiberglass process pipelines is generally -40-70 ºC. If heat-resistant resin is selected, fiberglass process pipelines can operate for a long time under high temperature conditions of 120 ºC and maintain good mechanical properties.  
4. Small specific gravity, light weight, easy transportation and installation
The specific gravity is 1/4-1/5 of steel and cast iron pipes, and 2/3 of concrete. The weight of the pipeline is approximately 1/4 of that of ductile iron pipes of the same specification and length, and 1/10 of that of concrete pipes. Therefore, loading and unloading are convenient, easy to transport and install.

6. Low maintenance costs.  
Due to its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, frost resistance, and stain resistance, fiberglass pipes do not require measures or maintenance for rust prevention, stain prevention, insulation, and thermal insulation in the project. No need for pole protection for buried pipes, which can save maintenance costs.  
7. Health and safety
By using food grade unsaturated polyester resin to make the inner lining layer, fiberglass reinforced plastic sand pipes can meet the requirements of GB 5749 "Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water".  
8. Long service life, safe and reliable
The design service life of fiberglass process pipes is based on 50 years, which is twice that of steel pipes and concrete pipes. For highly corrosive media, their service life is much longer than that of steel pipes, etc.  
9. Flexible design and strong product adaptability

The fiberglass process pipeline is produced using microcomputer controlled fiber winding technology, with excellent unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix and alkali free glass fiber yarn and its products as reinforcement materials, and made by microcomputer controlled winding equipment.
